We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available. Choose U.S. shipping or free local pickup around Caldwell/Nampa. Pickup details are arranged privately after your order is confirmed.

Rates apply per order based on the combined number of pens and freshie hangers. Shipping for 21+ items is confirmed before payment. The final total is confirmed before payment.

When will my pens ship?
3–5 days to create.
Allow 3–5 days after payment and design confirmation for your custom pens to be made and prepared for shipping.
Timing confirmed with you.
Turnaround for larger orders is confirmed individually based on quantity, design, and supplies. Include your date needed in your request.
These are processing times; carrier delivery time is additional. Local pickup readiness is arranged privately when your order is confirmed.

Handle gently, avoid drops, and keep away from excessive heat and water. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid soaking or abrasive cleaners that could damage decorative details.
Decorative pens contain small parts. Keep them away from young children and pets.
Your information
A note on privacy.
Wild West Custom Co. uses the name, email address, order details, and any delivery information you provide to respond to requests, arrange payment, prepare orders, and provide customer service.
When you submit the order form, your request is stored securely for the shop owner to review in the owner dashboard. The shop uses your email to respond. No automatic email notification or confirmation email is sent by this form. If you contact us by email, your email provider processes that email. Payments are completed through Venmo, which handles payment information under its own privacy policy. Please do not include card numbers or other sensitive payment details in your request.
Your information may be used by the services needed to fulfill your order, such as email and shipping providers. Services that help run this website may process technical information under their own privacy policies.
Order records may be kept as needed for fulfillment, customer service, and recordkeeping obligations. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, email Wildwestcustomco@yahoo.com. Some records may need to be retained.
How do I order?
Choose a premade pen or complete the custom order form. Review your request and tap Submit Request. You’ll see a confirmation number once it has been saved. Aspin confirms availability, designs, the final total, and timing before you pay through Venmo. Inventory is updated manually after sales.
